Product Description
 

This shoes water resistance tester can be used to test the dynamic waterproof performance of various finished boots and shoes. Install the shoes on the testing machine and connect the trachea. Place water at a certain depth in the water tank to come into contact with the shoes, and push the forefoot of the shoes to bend at a certain angle and frequency. Simulate the walking state of human feet wearing shoes in water for testing. Measure the required water permeability time and bending times for water to penetrate from outside the shoes into the shoes, or measure the water permeability inside the shoes at a specified time or bending times to evaluate the wearer's resistance to water leakage while walking in water.

 

Working Principle:
1. Specimen Setup:
Test shoes are mounted on mechanical"feet"(simulated lasts) and partially submerged in a water tank (depth-adjustable).
Colored water is used for visual leak detection.
2. Dynamic Flexing Simulation:
The forefoot or heel is bent at a programmable angle (typically 22°–60°) and frequency (e.g., 60±6 cycles/minute as per EN ISO 20344).
Motion replicates human gait to stress seams, soles, and uppers.
3. Leak Detection:
Automatic sensors (e.g., conductivity probes or electronic moisture detectors) instantly halt testing upon water ingress and record the failure cycle count368.
Alternative: Inspect for dyed-water penetration after preset cycles.
