Product Description
This shoes seal integrity test machine evaluates the static waterproof integrity of safety footwear (e.g., boots), rubber gloves, waterproof linings, and PPE under sustained hydrostatic pressure, complying with ASTM F2413-18 §5.2, ISO 20344:2022 §5.11, EN ISO 20344, and related standards.
Principle:
Inflating method: Seal the mouth of the test shoe (boot), fill the sealed shoe cavity with compressed air at a certain pressure, and place it in a water tank so that the water surface is within 75mm of the test shoe mouth. After a certain period of time, observe whether there are bubbles on the surface of the shoe.
Soaking method: Immerse the test shoe (boot) in water until the water surface is within 75mm of the shoe opening. After soaking for a certain period of time, take it out and check if there is water seeping into the shoe.
