Product Description

The work process of the Footwear flex Testing Machine:

Install the test sample on the EN flexural testing machine, positioning its notch directly above the rotating shaft. The machine then drives the specimen through a 90±2° bending cycle along the shaft. After reaching a predetermined number of cycles, measure the notch extension length to evaluate the shoe sole's flexural resistance performance.

Test rubber, EVA, TPR and other bendable shoe soles after 90 degrees of bending, their bending resistance and resistance to the growth of cuts, that is, the ability to withstand bending.
