Product Description

This roller skate abrasion tester evaluates the durability and abrasion resistance of inline/quad roller skates by simulating real-world road impacts and continuous wear. It fixes the skate horizontally, applies adjustable weights (mimicking user load), and rotates the skate against a drum surface with protruding obstacles at controlled speeds. The test quantifies wear levels on wheels, frames, and bindings after specified cycles or time.

Instrument Features:

3. The surface treatment of the body is electrostatic spray paint process, which is cured at high temperature to ensure long time fading, beautiful, durable and easy to clean.

4. Automated Control & Monitoring. LCD Touchscreen: Sets speed (0–1.0 m/s ±0.1 m/s), test duration (default 3 hours), and cycle counts (up to 999,999). Auto-Shutdown: Halts upon reaching preset cycles/time, recording wear metrics (e.g., wheel mass loss ≤8% for Class A, ≤5% for Class B).

5. Universal Fixturing. Adapts to inline and quad skates via adjustable clamps, maintaining horizontal alignment during rotation.
