The Solar panel peel tester is a specialized, high-precision laboratory testing instrument designed toevaluate the adhesion and peel strength of busbar ribbons welded onto photovoltaic (PV) solar cells. It is alsohighly versatle for testing the adhesion strength of PV encapsulation materials such as EVA/POE backsheetsto the glass substrate.
Adhesion quality is critical to ensuring the 25-to-30-year operational lifespan of solar panels under harshenvironmental conditions. Poor ribbon adhesion leads to increased electrical resistance, hotspots, andeventual module failure. This testing equipment provides standardized 180-degree and 90-degree peel tests,delivering critical quantitative data for PV manufacturers during R&D, quality control (QC), and line auditing.
