Purpose:
This professional-grade, multi-functional testing apparatus is engineered to evaluate the mechanical strength, long-term fatigue durability, and structural stability of various seating products (including office chairs, task chairs, armchairs, and chairs with writing tablets). Equipped with two independently controlled drive units, it precisely simulates repetitive daily human loading onto specific test points to perform 8 essential testing functions:
Armrest Vertical Static Load Test: Verifies the downward weight capacity of chair armrests.
10° Angle Armrest Durability Test: Simulates the outward, angular force applied to armrests during long-term use.
Seat Front Edge Static Load & Durability Test: Evaluates the structural integrity of the seat pan when a user sits near the front edge.
Backrest Vertical Static Load Test: Assesses the rear-ward and vertical resistance of the chair back under heavy pressure.
Chair Base/Tripod Static Load & Durability Test: Tests the maximum load-bearing limits of the 5-star base or tripod stand.
