The mask bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) tester meets the technical requirements for medical surgical masks"(YY0469-2011) on testing equipment and the standards ASTM F 2100, ASTM F 2101, and European EN 14683. Building upon these specifications, the device incorporates an innovative dual-airway simultaneous sampling method that significantly enhances sampling accuracy.

Applications

Medical device inspection departments, scientific research institutes, quality inspection institutes, third-party testing institutions and mask manufacturers shall test the performance of bacterial filtration efficiency of masks.

The cabinet features a 9.7-inch industrial-grade high-brightness color touchscreen display. Built-in high-brightness soft-light LED illumination ensures optimal visibility.   • Excellent machine and function design

The negative pressure cabinet is equipped with a built-in peristaltic pump featuring two independent A/B circuits with six-stage Andersen technology. The pump's flow rate can be precisely calibrated. A dedicated microbial aerosol generator ensures adjustable spray volume for bacterial solutions, delivering atomized particles that meet international particle size standards. The system supports USB data transfer via U-disk and Bluetooth printing capabilities. The cabinet's inner structure is integrally formed from stainless steel, while the outer layer utilizes cold alloy powder-coated plastic. The thermal insulation and sound absorption performance are effectively achieved through thermal isolation between the inner and outer layers.
