Chair Swivel and Caster Durability Tester designed for office chair rotational durability and caster life testing. Compliant with EN 1728, ANSI/BIFMA X5.1, EN 1335 and QB/T 2280 standards. Ideal for furniture laboratories, manufacturers and quality control departments.
Purpose:
1. Durability test of chair rotation: The bottom of the chair should be fixed on the turntable so that the rotation axis of the chair is consistent with the rotation axis of the turntable. The upper half of the chair should be loosely fixed to avoid hindering the rotation of the base. Place the designated weight on the loading seat and rotate the chair at the specified speed and angle. Change direction after each rotation. This tests the durability of the chair's rotating structure.
2. Caster durability test: Place the designated weight on the loading seat, and the bottom and upper half of the chair should be loosely fixed. It should be ensured that the bottom does not rotate but does not hinder the rotation of the casters, in order to test the durability of the casters.
