The helmet wear testing machine presses the helmet's force onto a fixture with sandpaper on the surface, passes through the sandpaper surface, and evaluates the helmet's anti friction performance.
According to ECE R22.05 Standard requirement
Helmet surface friction testing machine will take helmet with a certain force pressed on the fixture (this fixture can move), the fixture surface installed with abrasive paper of standard specified particle size, then will make the test helmet through from abrasive paper surface for a certain speed, thereby to judge resistance friction performance of helmet.
